iOS 9 introduced a great new feature to allow you to increase the battery life of your phone. Although Apple only prompt you turn it on when you are down to 20%, if you leave it on all the time your battery will last up to 50% longer.
Apple doesn’t encourage this behaviour though and automatically turns ‘high power mode’ back on when you’re charged to 80%. It’s a real pain to go and turn it back on in settings each day. But today I found a neat but obvious little trick:
When the notification comes up telling you it’s turned off Low Power Mode, just swipe right to left and tap “Enable Again”:
You can also ask Siri to turn on low power mode 👍
